🚑 Hotfix Release
We hot fixed an issue caused by the new build chain that would cause certain rate limiters to trigger when using the application. This release fixes this issue ([#1528](https://github.com/directus/app/issues/1528))
That being said, it also includes the ability to create bookmarks globally, per role, and per user (thanks @honzabilek4!)
